• ABRA Software Inc. is a leading Czech IT company. We offer compact series of enterprise information systems ABRA® for a wide range of customers from small companies to big industrial corporations and also the bespoke software development.
• We care about more than 15000 registered customers. There are 106 branches and partners in Czech and Slovak republic.
• We gained an international quality certificate ISO 9001 as the first IT company in the region of Central Europe in 1996.

On what we build

• Our contractual customers always gain something extra e.g. free training, instant on-line service on customer computers, unlimited guarantee of software, etc.
• Our relationships with customers are mainly open and friendly.
• We minimize impact on operation and production during implementation of new systems by S.A.F.E. methodology.
• We bring to our customers modern IT technology for their profit and growth.
• We promote the computerization of business, especially the standardization of the electronic data interchange among major ERP systems.

Our customers

• We have 12.300 registered users of our economic systems and 2.900 users of ERP systems in Czech and Slovak republic.
• Customer satisfaction is on the first place in our priorities. Therefore, we see it continuously and improve our own quality control system. At present the satisfaction is higher than 98%.
• We save expenses of our customers. Upgrade to more powerful versions of our products is possible without long training of operating staff and reimplementation because our products constitute compact series with the same user interface.
• We respect our customers, therefore also support Linux and the various types of databases.
