The United Software bought the Software division of the NEOTECH Company through the ABRA Software in order to strengthening its position in the market of software development and custom-made applications.

Up to now the Software division of the NEOTECH Company has developed their own software products and also implemented third-party software products. Their services and products has provided especially within the scope of economic and financial agendas, ERP systems, logistics, process management, CRM systems and Business Intelligence. This division furthermore was system integrator of Microsoft products (CRM, Sharepoint) and specialized in implementations of ABRA products and their support.

The United Software has accomplished successfully the next acquisition projects. New unit will be incorporated in the division of the Software Solutions of ABRA Software Inc. with the view to next advance in the area of bespoke software development and web solutions.
